Welcome to WSTA’s Annual Spring Maintenance Forum. After two years of being virtual, your WSTA Team is working to host the 2022 event in-person in Tacoma WA at the Murano Hotel.

Please use this website as your clearinghouse of information. Before emailing staff, make sure you have reviewed all the information to ensure its not there for you.

COVID-19 Attendee Policy:
WSTA is monitoring all Federal, State, and Local health directives and best practices. At this time WSTA has not determined what will be needed to attend however does encourage you to be fully vaccinated and that includes a booster. It is imperative you do not put WSTA Staff and your colleagues at risk of infection which will lead to spreading to families and your local agencies/business. You should expect at the minimum a requirement to provide a COVID-19 test and wear a mask at all times other than eating/drinking.

Attendee Registration

Attendee Registration is open to WSTA Members, WSTA Transit Agency Associate Members (TAAMS) and Associate Members who are non for profit, tribal or other governmental public transit providers. Please note, the WSTA Maintenance & Facility Committee is only open to WSTA Members and TAAMS. Private Sector (Vendors) must register as a Vendor.



Vendor Registration & Vendor Packet

Vendor Registration is open to those companies wishing to participate in the 2022 show. Please see the 2022 Vendor Registration products below.

To show our appreciation, registration will open to our 2021 Associate Members first starting January 6 and run through January 14. If your company was not a 2022 Associate Member, you may join during your registration to receive this first priority.

Registration Deadlines:
– 1/06 – 2/28: 2021 or New 2022 Associate Members
– 1/15 – 2/28: Non Associate Members
Registration after 2/28 will be late and assessed a 25% fee increase on all registration products and will only be accepted on space availability. Contact WSTA if you are registering after 2/28 for space availability.

Lodging & Travel


The Hotel Murano will serve as both the hotel for guests and the site of the WSTA Maintenance and Facilities committee and the Spring Maintenance Forum. WSTA has a room block for our guests. WSTA has a room block at Hotel Murano at the per diem rate of $126 per night for hotel rooms not including taxes and fees. Once your registration is complete you will be provided further information on how to book your hotel.

The Hotel Murano is located in Downtown Tacoma; one block from Sound Transit’s Link Light Rail Station, less than a mile from Sound Transit Sounder Commuter Train, Amtrak, and Tacoma Dome Transit Center with service by Sound Transit, Pierce Transit, and Intercity Transit. Sound Transit Route 574 – SeaTac to Tacoma Dome Transit Station runs late and early and frequently.
